The subject of the contract is the provision and operation of a digital platform for teledermatological consultation. The aim is to enable the insured persons of the contracting authority to receive a quick, location- and time-independent specialist assessment of skin problems by contractually practicing specialists in dermatology and venereal diseases. The platform should ensure a seamless transition between telemedical consultation and outpatient standard care.
