The subject of the public procurement: The subject of this procurement is the preparation of a technical investment project and the execution of author supervision for "Construction/upgrade of green infrastructure, including irrigation systems, to reduce secondary dust dispersion in an urban environment on municipal-owned land" under the project "Improving the quality of atmospheric air in the municipality of Pernik, through the application of green measures" funded by procedure No. BG16FFPR002-5.008 "Green measures in urban environment" (3) under priority 5 "Air" of the Program "Environment" 2021 – 2027.

The subject of the public procurement includes:

1. Development and coordination of an investment project in the phase of "technical project" in accordance with the Spatial Development Act, Ordinance No. 4 of 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects and other related subordinate regulations according to the applicable project parts. The project must be complemented with necessary calculations, schemes, text and graphic/drawing materials, explanatory notes, in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 4/21.05.2001, on the scope and content of investment projects. The projects must be accompanied by detailed quantity-value accounts for the applicable parts. The project must be prepared in the technical phase, in accordance with technical specifications and current regulatory requirements and must contain all necessary parts, according to Ordinance No. 4 on the scope and content of investment projects, as follows: Part “Geodesy”. Part “Landscape and Urban Development” Part “Hydromelioration” Part “Electrical Engineering” Quantity-value accounts for all parts of the project. Explanatory notes for all parts of the project. The project must be submitted in four paper copies and one electronic copy: - in PDF for all parts + in WORD for notes; in EXCEL for quantity-value accounts; in DWG for graphics - format. The project must be coordinated with the necessary instances.
2. Exercising author supervision during the implementation of construction works. The contractor, in accordance with the requirements of Art. 162, para. 2 and para. 3 of the Spatial Development Act, will exercise author supervision during the construction, according to the approved project documentation and applicable regulations.
