The project involves establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System for the delivery of various types of vehicles, including passenger cars, off-road vehicles, and vans, all meeting Euro 6 emission standards.

This announcement concerns the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (hereinafter referred to as DPS), taking into account the assumptions: 1. The subject of the orders gradually awarded under the DPS will be the delivery of passenger cars in segment C, passenger cars in segment D, off-road segments, and passenger vans. 2. Delivery of passenger cars in segment C a) The subject of the orders gradually awarded under the DPS will be the delivery of vehicles in category M1 meeting at least the Euro 6 emission standard. b) The contracting authority intends to award orders for vehicles with closed bodies of the type: sedan, liftback, fastback, station wagon, hatchback, combi van, SUV c) The contracting authority estimates the total number of ordered vehicles at approximately 140 units. 3. Delivery of passenger cars in segment D a) The subject of the orders gradually awarded under the DPS will be the delivery of vehicles in category M1 meeting at least the Euro 6 emission standard. b) The contracting authority intends to award orders for vehicles with closed bodies of the type: sedan, liftback, station wagon, hatchback c) The contracting authority estimates the total number of ordered vehicles at approximately 15 units. 4. Delivery of off-road passenger cars. a) The subject of the orders gradually awarded under the DPS will be the delivery of vehicles in category M1G, N1G meeting at least the Euro 6 emission standard, b) The contracting authority intends to award orders for vehicles with bodies of the type: pick-up, station wagon, c) The contracting authority estimates the total number of ordered vehicles at approximately 20 units. 5. Delivery of vans a) The subject of the orders gradually awarded under the DPS will be the delivery of vehicles in category M1 meeting at least the Euro 6 emission standard, b) The contracting authority intends to award orders for vehicles with closed bodies of the type: multi-purpose, Van, c) The contracting authority estimates the total number of ordered vehicles at approximately 30 units. 6. To confirm that the offered cars meet the requirements of the contracting authority, the contracting authority will require the submission of the relevant evidence with the offer in the form of: A model certificate of conformity to EU for complete vehicles or a copy of the EU Certificate of Conformity for complete vehicles. 7. The contracting authority will inform contractors about the need to attach the relevant evidence to the offer in each invitation to submit offers. 8. The contracting authority will call for the submission or supplementation of the relevant evidence, in accordance with Article 107 of the Public Procurement Law. 9. The contracting authority does not anticipate awarding orders referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Public Procurement Law. 10. The contracting authority does not anticipate a site visit. 11. The contracting authority does not require hiring persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Public Procurement Law. 12. The contracting authority does not set requirements regarding the ability to apply for the award of the contract only by contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Law. 13. The contracting authority does not impose a reservation about the obligation for the contractor to personally perform key tasks.
