The subject of the contract is to ensure the operation and management of the operation of the IT infrastructure and information systems (hereinafter referred to as "PIT") of the Nuclear Regulatory Authority of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as "UJD SR") on the basis of agreed target levels of ancillary services (ServiceLevelTarget – SLT).
The subject of the contract is the provision of the following support services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"):
1) Service Support service – management and resolution of incidents and problems, update
2) Operational Support service – consultations, administration, training,
3) Change Support service – changes and development of application software, including testing and support during implementation, Upgrade / Update
4) Operational Support – Prophylactics Service,
5) Reporting/evaluation service.
