The subject of the procurement consists of entering into a framework agreement for the supply of unmanned aerial vehicle systems - UAV, which will be valid for a period of 24 months from the date of signing, in order to complete the endowment for ensuring air mobility of the missions of the Romanian Gendarmerie's structures/units. Interested economic operators may request clarifications/additional information up to the 18th day before the deadline for submission of offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and competently to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers.

Subject of the framework agreement: Concluding a framework agreement for the supply of unmanned aerial vehicle systems - UAV, which will be valid for a period of 24 months from the date of signing, in order to complete the endowment for ensuring air mobility of the missions of the structures/units within the Romanian Gendarmerie. The current situation regarding the endowment with means of air mobility of the structures/units of the Romanian Gendarmerie is burdened by a series of shortcomings generated by recorded deficits. Considering that the means of air mobility currently in service are permanently subjected to intense physical and moral wear, the measures taken regarding the endowment have partially ensured the necessary mobility means for the units, with deficits persisting from year to year. Estimated timeline for awarding subsequent contracts: semi-annually. Interested economic operators may request clarifications/additional information up to the 18th day before the deadline for submission of offers. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
