Procurement of Object Storage Systems for Digital Pathology at DKTK, at DKFZ-Hector Cancer Institute at the University Medical Center Mannheim and optionally at HI-TRON Mainz.
The subject of the procurement procedure is the acquisition of highly available data storage at multiple locations for digital pathology at the German Consortium for Translational Cancer Research (DKTK) and other partner locations. As part of the expansion of digital pathology to additional sites, the IT infrastructure established at the NCT for capturing, storing, and analyzing Whole-Slide Images (WSI) is to be extended accordingly. The goal is to implement a uniform infrastructure for the acquisition, archiving, and analysis of pathological image data across locations in the context of translational oncological research.
