The purpose of this procurement is to provide software products for cybersecurity assurance for the expansion and efficiency of the emergency service 112 offered to citizens, related to the project “Expansion and Efficiency of the Emergency Service 112 Offered to Citizens,” funded through the Intelligent Growth, Digitalization, and Financial Instruments Program - PoCIDIF, Priority 2 - Digitalization in public administration and the business environment, Specific objective RSO1.2 Capitalizing on the advantages of digitalization, for the benefit of citizens, companies, research organizations, and public authorities (FEDR), Action 2.2. E-governance and digitalization for the benefit of citizens/2.2.1 E-gov in public administration/institutions, Measure 1 Public services intended for citizens and/or firms identified in the CSP managed by ADR and/or in accordance with the eGuv Policy. The products to be purchased under the procurement contract are: Lot 1 Vulnerability management software solution - 1 unit. Lot 2 Data flow monitoring software - 3 units. Lot 3 Web application assessment software - 5 units. Lot 4 Software for secure remote access - 1 unit. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests no later than the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers, for clarifications received at least 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
