It must also consider the mandatory tasks for its integration into the national network of cybersecurity operation centers, as well as obtaining the certification of the City Council's systems under the National Security Scheme, which will serve as a framework to promote a homogeneous security model and will allow the establishment of security policy in the use of resources, as well as adequately ensuring the security of the information processed.
It will enable the capacity of the City Council to carry out the actions it deems necessary to prevent or mitigate security threats affecting the City Council, prioritizing and allocating resources to those vulnerabilities that pose a more significant risk.
In summary, the services to be provided are:
1. Operation of the MONICA NGSIEM platform (or similar)
2. Security Operations Center (SOC) service
3. Implementation, deployment, support, and use of the CCN CLARA tool.
4. Subscription of 350 licenses to the Smartfense awareness platform (or similar platform).
5. Audit and support for ENS Medium Level certification.
6. Conducting vulnerability audits.
7. Digital Forensic Analysis and Response to Critical Incidents (DFIR)
8. Monthly activity and event reports.
