1.1 The subject of the contract is the implementation of an IT security monitoring system (SOC/SIEM/XDR), an information security management system (ISMS), training and workshops for personnel in cybersecurity, and conducting a security audit.
1.2 The subject of the contract has not been divided into parts/packages, as the provided solution will only allow the set task to be completed in its entirety. The contractor is obliged to submit a bid for the entire subject of the contract.
1.3 A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the contract-) and in Annex 1B to the SWZ (Price and Assortment Form), which constitute an integral part of the SWZ.
The procedure is conducted for the purpose of implementing the project titled: Investment D1.1.2 “Accelerating the processes of digital transformation in healthcare through further development of digital services in healthcare” which is part of component D “Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the healthcare system”, supported under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, hereinafter referred to as KPO.
The contracting authority may annul the procurement procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate for financing all or part of the contract have not been granted to it. The possibility of annulment of the procedure on this basis has been provided for in the notice of the contract, in accordance with Article 257 of the PZP Act.
