The acquisition includes the custody of securities in the managed portfolio. The share of assets to be put out to tender, which is covered by the invitation to tender, totals approximately EUR 380 million.
To manage this asset item, 3 asset managers for equity and fixed income investments will be sought through a competitive tendering process, which means that the size of the individual outsourced portfolio will be approximately EUR 127 million.
The University's objective is to ensure high-quality, responsible and competitive asset management in accordance with the investment plan of the capital entrusted to asset management.
The selected service provider does not have the exclusive right to provide the services that are the subject of the procurement.
The University does not commit to certain amounts of capital during the agreement period, the capital can be increased or decreased and the investment principles can be updated if necessary.
The Client and the asset manager agree together on the time, measures and procedures for the introduction of the service when signing the agreement.
