The purpose of this contract is to hire a service that assumes the integrity of the activities and tasks necessary for:

- The administration and preventive and corrective exploitation of the systems, associated software products, and IT tools of the City Council of Santander indicated by the Head of IT Service.
- To provide support in tasks related to compliance with current legislation regarding data security and protection.
- To address the technological projects that may arise in the aspects that the IT Department of the City Council considers or in full if it so determines within the established contract hours.
- To provide advice and support in the area of e-administration, Corporate GIS, and in the issues of interoperability and integration of municipal applications.
