In all lots, the winning tenderer is required to deliver the products according to INCOTERMS 2000 DDP parity. The seller is obliged, in addition to delivering the products specified in the technical description, to install the product and provide training, within a maximum of 8 hours, for up to 5 designated personnel of the Buyer within 10 calendar days after the successful completion of the quality acceptance procedure. Advance performance is possible in all lots. Detailed technical descriptions of each lot are contained in the supplementary documents of the announcement (price tables). In line with the provisions of Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (30 October), the contracting authority may refer to specific makes or origins or specific procedures, trademarks, patents, activities, persons, types, or specific origins or manufacturing processes in the procurement documents to clearly and understandably define the subject of the procurement. In all such cases, the naming is made solely for the purpose of clear identification of the item, bids may only be submitted for products specified in this bidding announcement or products that are equivalent in terms of detailed technical parameters for the specific product.
