The scope of the public procurement in Lot 1 "Delivery of drones, various types" includes activities for the supply of equipment described by type, quantity, and with minimum technical specifications according to the tables from Section I "Minimum requirements for performance under Lot 1" from the Technical Specification. The types of equipment subject to supply are: drone type 1, programmable drone, drone type 2, drone with thermal camera and drone with lidar, thermal camera and RTK module. The contractor must deliver equipment with parameters described in its technical offer, in accordance with the technical specification of the contracting authority. The contractor under the contract must also provide warranty support for the delivered equipment for a period proposed by him in his technical offer and not shorter than specified by the contracting authority for each type of equipment according to the tables from Section I "Minimum requirements for performance under Lot 1" from the Technical Specification. Within the warranty period proposed by the contractor, he is obliged to assume a guarantee for the full functional suitability of the delivered equipment according to its intended purpose, the technical specifications of the contracting authority, and the contractor's technical proposal. The scope of the public procurement under this lot also includes training for the contracting authority's personnel to operate the delivered equipment, drone type 1, drone type 2, drone with thermal camera and drone with lidar, thermal camera and RTK module. 2. The scope of the public procurement in Lot 2 "Delivery of training equipment for automotive” includes activities for the supply of equipment described by type, quantity, and with minimum technical specifications according to the tables from Section II "Minimum requirements for performance under Lot 2" from the Technical Specification. The types of equipment subject to supply are: driving simulator and fuel cell car model. The contractor must deliver equipment with parameters described in its technical offer, in accordance with the technical specification of the contracting authority. The contractor under the contract must also provide warranty support for the delivered equipment for a period proposed by him in his technical offer and not shorter than specified by the contracting authority for each type of equipment according to the tables from Section II "Minimum requirements for performance under Lot 2" from the Technical Specification. Within the warranty period proposed by the contractor, he is obliged to assume a guarantee for the full functional suitability of the delivered equipment according to its intended purpose, the technical specifications of the contracting authority, and the contractor's technical proposal. 3. The contractor must deliver equipment with parameters described in its technical offer, in accordance with the technical specification of the contracting authority. The contractor under the contract must also provide warranty support for the delivered equipment for a period proposed by him in his technical offer and not shorter than specified by the contracting authority for each type of equipment according to the tables from Section II "Minimum requirements for performance under Lot 4" from the Technical Specification. Within the warranty period proposed by the contractor, he is obliged to assume a guarantee for the full functional suitability of the delivered equipment according to its intended purpose, the technical specifications of the contracting authority, and the contractor's technical proposal. The minimum requirements for the equipment necessary for delivery under each of the four lots are indicated in the Technical Specification – Annex No. 1 to the documentation for participation in the procedure.
