Description:
Provision of medical equipment and apparatus for enhancing oncological services at the University Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Lublin, including installation, training, and maintenance services.

2. The detailed description and method of execution of the order are contained in Annex No. 1A-10A to the SWZ and the bid form - pricing form, which constitutes Annexes No. 1-10 to the SWZ.

3. The Contracting Authority has divided the order into parts.

4. The Contracting Authority requires a minimum warranty period of 24 months for the subject of the order. The warranty will be calculated from the day of signing the final acceptance protocol.

5. The Contractor guarantees:

a) transport, assembly, and handover of the equipment/goods for use along with the necessary attestations and certificates enabling health services to be provided with its use

b) perpetual license for the supplied software appropriate to the given equipment (if applicable),

c) repair service (maintenance) during the warranty period, during which the Contractor ensures the functionality of the equipment/goods at the price of the offer, including: service inspections according to the manufacturer's requirements, repairs, inspections, maintenance along with spare parts and materials needed for their execution, extension of the warranty period for the time of malfunction of the subject of the order in the case of warranty repairs, excluding the situation where the Contractor provides replacement equipment/apparatus/head to ensure continuity of tests/procedures,

d) conducting on-site training for staff on the operation of the equipment, which will include procedures for handling the equipment that minimize the consumption of electricity, water, and waste generation, as well as basic operational principles, diagnostics of faults, operational and maintenance activities of the equipment/furniture included in the order for technical staff.

6. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to carry out adaptation work, only if dictated by guidelines for the given device.

7. The Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions described in this SWZ. In the description of the subject of the order, the Contracting Authority has defined the criteria used to assess equivalence - if applicable.
