The subject of the order is the delivery of server and computer equipment, including:
a. tablets and mobile computers,
b. servers
c. disk arrays and switches (SAN/LAN),
d. WiFi infrastructure
e. software, as well as installation, configuration, and commissioning of the delivered equipment and software at the Ordering Party's locations and conducting data and service migration (including database environments and virtual machines) in accordance with the requirements of the SOPZ, according to the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order. The delivered equipment and software must be brand new, unused, undamaged, and free from third party rights, and must come from an official distribution channel in the EU. A detailed description of the subject of the order, size, scope, type and quantity of deliveries, warranty and service conditions are specified in Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ.
