The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation, and commissioning of a brand new (produced no earlier than 2025) scanner for checking hand luggage using the computed tomography (CT) method along with additional equipment mentioned in point 11 of the description of the subject of the contract, which is an annex no. 1 to the SWZ, as well as conducting tests and measurements referred to in point 23 of the description of the subject of the contract, and also conducting training as mentioned in point 21 of the description of the subject of the contract. Delivery location: Customs Branch Krakow Airport – Balice, ul. Medweckiego 1, 32-083 Balice. The subject of the contract (i.e., all activities it covers: delivery, installation, commissioning, conducting tests, and conducting training) must be completed within 2 months from the date of signing the contract, but not later than November 30, 2025. A detailed description of the implementation and scope of the subject of the contract is included in annex no. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract (which is simultaneously annex no. 1 to the Draft provisions of the contract) and in annex no. 7 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract.

The procedure for awarding a public contract for the delivery, installation, and commissioning of a scanner for checking hand luggage using the computed tomography (CT) method is conducted under an open tender based on Article 132 and subsequent provisions of the Public Procurement Law (pzp). The proceedings are financed under the project titled „Non-invasive control for the safety of the external border and the implementation of European Union policies”, with funds from the European Union under the Financial Instrument for non-invasive control equipment and laboratories - CCEI 2 – project contract number 101181576 — PL-BCP-CCEI23 (WP4).
