The goal is to pre-qualify capable and reliable suppliers to efficiently conduct tenders in negotiations or open procedures during specific procurement needs. The qualification particularly includes proofs of technical capability, quality assurance, and relevant references. Applications can be made for all or only for certain nominal sizes/dimensions. It is the client's responsibility to access the pool of pre-qualified companies within the qualification system for the described services and to open the corresponding procurement procedures for the award of contracts. However, it is also permissible for him to meet individual procurement needs even without access to the qualification system.
