The overall objective of the investment project is to reduce the level of greenhouse gases (CO2) in Fagaras Municipality, following the implementation of investment and operational measures leading to the development of transport alternatives for residents, commuters and tourists, as well as to improving the quality and appearance of the urban environment.
The contracting authority purchased 10 electric buses in order to achieve a public transport infrastructure at European standards, so that traffic in the locality takes place in maximum safety and comfort conditions.
In this respect, this award procedure aims to purchase 8 slow charging stations (60kW DC) and 2 fast charging stations (150kW DC) for electric buses.
The duration of this Agreement is 6 months and starts from the date of entry into force and ends on the date of fulfillment of the contractual obligations incumbent on the Parties.
The contract enters into force on the date of its signature by both parties.
The provision of slow charging stations will be made within a maximum of 125 days from the firm order of the contracting authority.
The provision of fast charging stations will be made within a maximum of 125 days from the firm order of the contracting authority.
These deadlines will be updated when signing the contract with the successful bidder, given that delivery times are evaluation factors.

In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 para. (1) of Law nr. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, the Contracting Authority has established that the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 16 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The Contracting Authority will respond to all requests for clarification addressed by economic operators 14 days prior to the deadline for submission of tenders.
