As part of the regulatory obligations related to the Military Programming Law, and in particular those of rules 6 and 7, Tisséo Voyageurs wishes to subscribe to a Service Operation Center (SOC) service from a qualified Security Incident Detection Provider (PDIS). The main tasks of the SOC will be as follows?: Prevention of security incidents?; Detection of security incidents?; Administration of detection equipment?; Support in handling security incidents. The contract is concluded for an initial period running from the notification date until 3 years after the announcement of the VSR. It is renewable twice for periods of one year. The contract is concluded at mixed prices: part of the services is concluded at a fixed price and part of the services is concluded at unit prices triggered by the issuance of purchase orders. The part with purchase orders is subject to a maximum threshold of 200,000 euros excluding VAT for the initial period and 80,000 euros excluding VAT for each of the renewal periods. The estimated amount indicated in this notice corresponds to the estimated amount (fixed + non-fixed orders) for the initial period.
