The performance will be carried out with an emphasis on ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the field of cybersecurity, particularly with Directive (EU) 2022/2555 (NIS2), Act No. 264/2025 Coll. on cybersecurity, and relevant ISO/IEC 27001 standards and related standards. The performance also includes ensuring technical support from the manufacturer/supplier (including updates and security patches) for a period of 60 months according to the technical specification and contract (this involves support starting from June 1, 2026; support up to this date is part of the implementation services).
