Activity 4 of Project No. BG16FFPR002-1.001-0006 "Integrated Water Project for the Burgas Region - Phase 2", financed by the "Environment 2021-2027" Program, co-financed by the European Union, includes the following: Upgrade of the SCADA system and the creation of a Geographic Information System (GIS) for the designated territory of "Water Supply and Sewerage" EAD, Burgas. The upgrade of the integrated monitoring and control system for elements of the water supply and sewage systems (SCADA) will include the following main activities: Activity 1 - Scope analysis, including assessment of all processes and parameters of the facilities to be integrated into SCADA, assessment of the existing system and upgrade possibilities; Activity 2 - Preparation of a detailed technical project for hardware and communication modules, design of the communication environment, description of the logic in the management of facilities, description of monitoring parameters, description of feasible functional commands and interfaces; Activity 3 - Supply of equipment for the central dispatcher center and local dispatcher points; Activity 4 - Design, programming, implementation, and configuration of the system; Activity 5 - Integration of data from wastewater treatment plants (PSOV) and wastewater pumping stations (PSPV); Activity 6 - Integration of existing telemetry devices at the inlet metering zone; Activity 7 - Supply, installation, integration, and commissioning of equipment for automation, measurement, and monitoring; Activity 8 - Instruction for use and training of staff. The detailed requirements for the execution of the activities that are the subject of the contract are specified in the Technical Specification, which is an integral part of the Public Procurement Documentation.
