Description:
The project involves delivering and implementing AI chatbot management software, including pre-implementation analysis, detailed documentation, graphic design, programming, training, and support for the Ordering Party.

1. The subject of this procedure is the delivery and implementation of software for AI chatbot management. The subject of the procedure includes the delivery and implementation of the Software, including: a) conducting a Pre-Implementation Analysis with the Ordering Party b) preparing detailed operational documentation of the Software based on the results of the Pre-Implementation Analysis, including among others: - a list of intents, - a list of relevant user questions for the intents, - a list of relevant answers for the questions and intents, - a list of actions taken by the Software in response to the intents and expected logic of the Software, - conversation schema, - other necessary information conditionally required for the proper design, operation, and maintenance of the Software, including technical documentation; c) preparing a graphic design of the Software; d) copywriting for the needs of Software production; e) programming and training the Software; f) conducting tests for the correct functioning of the Software; g) providing the Ordering Party with Documentation that includes instructions along with the implementation of the Software to the specified website of the Ordering Party; h) conducting training for the Ordering Party on managing the Software content (including editing conversation paths and choice options, editing questions and response content, editing and adding new intents, marking irrelevant questions) and implementation of the Software and Documentation in this area. 2. Code compliant with the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): Main: 48800000-6: Information systems and servers, Auxiliary: 71356300-1: Technical support services 3. In connection with the Ordering Party's efforts to obtain funding for the implementation of this procedure from the KPO, the Ordering Party may annul this procedure if the public funds intended to finance all or part of the order are not awarded to it – in accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law. 4. The subject of the order should be realized based on the assumptions specified in the Technical Specification (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ) and the Template Contract (Annex No. 4 to the SWZ). The description and conditions for the realization of the subject of the order are specified in the Template Contract.
