1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a set of equipment for the purification and analysis of bioactive compounds, hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Device", to the location indicated by the Ordering Party, namely the basement, room 03E in building E located in Poznań at ul. Noskowskiego 12/14, along with the carrying in, installation, configuration, commissioning, and training, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, together with the instruction manual in Polish and English in paper and electronic form. The delivery, installation, configuration, and commissioning of the Device shall take place no later than 17 weeks from the date of signing the contract and will be confirmed by signing the acceptance protocol.
The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order constitutes an integral part of the description of the Subject of the order.
2. The Contractor is obliged to conduct a minimum of an 8-day training course on the operation of the Device and the theoretical basics of the Device's operation for 6 persons indicated by the Ordering Party within a period not exceeding 17 weeks from the date of signing the contract.
3. The Contractor shall provide a minimum 24-month warranty period.
4. Detailed requirements regarding the execution of the order have also been specified in the draft contract which constitutes Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
