The aim of the contracting authority is to modernize and expand the existing hardware and software equipment, thereby increasing the efficiency and dynamism of the services provided within the school’s agenda. For this purpose, the information system will be supplemented with new partial subsystems to create a comprehensive platform for the communication system, ensuring a complete solution with central management, which will allow for the implementation of security policies in a simple and rapid manner. This will help enhance the availability of all information systems, and another benefit will be ensuring an increase in the organization's cybersecurity.
The main objective will be achieved through the modernization of the existing cybersecurity measures of the organization in order to increase the reliable effectiveness of the education provided and to create conditions for improving the quality and transparency of the services provided in the field of education.

The subject of this public procurement is the supply of software licenses, support, and hardware products aimed at upgrading the security of the wireless network to WPA3 and addressing the vulnerabilities of the current solution of the contracting authority based on the requirements and technical solution specified in Annex No. 11 of the procurement documentation - Technical Specification. The contracting authority is looking for the provision, implementation, and commissioning of the new hardware and software infrastructure into operation, as well as securing hardware and software maintenance services for the contracting authority’s equipment to ensure comprehensive operation of the information systems infrastructure from the launch of operations and implementation.
The contracting authority further requires that the following services be included in the subject of performance:
- implementation/installation of the subject of performance based on the solution design described in Annex No. 11,
- conducting acceptance tests,
- provision of a warranty, including support and maintenance.
