Description:
The municipality of Roosendaal is seeking up to three advisory firms to collaboratively develop an integrated Environmental Plan, emphasizing a multidisciplinary approach and mutual cooperation among the selected experts.

The municipality is following a public European procedure with award based on Best Price-Quality Ratio (BPQR) to conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of three (3) advisory firms for the elaboration of the Environmental Plan for the municipality of Roosendaal.

The municipality of Roosendaal is seeking multiple expert advisory firms that can cooperate mutually and assist in drafting and elaborating the environmental plan as referred to in the Environmental Act. The contracting authority explicitly opts for a multidisciplinary approach in which each firm brings in specific expertise but also works constructively together on one integrated and legally sustainable environmental plan. The firms provide advisory and support teams on call (hourly rate basis), and work together under the direction of the municipality, exchanging information to ensure consistency, quality, and continuity.
