The subject of the contract concerns the obligations related to maintaining cleanliness and order on public roads within the administrative boundaries of the city of Poznań, imposed on the Contracting Authority in accordance with the provision of Article 5 paragraph 4 of the Act of September 13, 1996, on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities. The conditions for the execution and acceptance of the work are described in the template contract, which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and the detailed description of the subject of the contract and the scope of work is defined in Annexes No. 2-4 to the SWZ.
