The state of Schleswig-Holstein wants to enable access to an internet-based software in joint responsibility with the municipalities according to Article 26 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), to enable municipalities (cities, communities, and municipal associations such as districts, offices, climate protection agencies, or municipal purposes associations) to conduct a uniform municipal energy and greenhouse gas accounting in Schleswig-Holstein within the framework of a license and to support them in their climate protection activities in this way.
