Description:

The procurement seeks to establish a framework agreement for outsourcing SIEM/SOC services, including 24/7 monitoring and first-line support for ICT cybersecurity incidents, along with monthly reporting and incident response collaboration.

The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for 1 year (extendable 3 times for 1 year) with one contractor for outsourcing SIEM/SOC services. These services align with the Microsoft security technology of VLM and include at least the monitoring of and first-line support for ICT cybersecurity incidents (24/7). Monthly reporting will be provided along with formulated recommendations. In addition to monitoring, the service provider is also expected to be responsible for a more extensive incident response in case of (significant) IT incidents in collaboration with the IT team of VLM. The service will commence on January 1, 2026.
