The subject of the contract is the delivery of "Integration and expansion of the healthcare provider's IT systems - Expansion of the PACS system" as part of the project entitled "Implementation of e-services in the Independent Public Healthcare Team in Brzesko." The aim of the contract is to expand and modernize the PACS system, under which the Contractor will:
1) update the PACS system to a new version of the diagnostic viewer;
2) as part of the expansion of the PACS system, deliver software: 3D reconstruction module, study import module, image study sharing module for e-consultations;
3) install and configure the software within the ordering party’s IT infrastructure;
4) provide a perpetual license for the software;
5) ensure author supervision and support for a period of 36 months.

The ordering party requires that the execution of the subject of the contract be carried out in accordance with the DNSH principle ("do no significant harm") for environmental purposes, resulting from Article 17 of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of 18 June 2020 and the conditions specified in the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of 12 February 2021 establishing the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) and guidelines regarding the National Recovery Plan, while maintaining horizontal policies, in particular the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination.
