Subject of the framework agreement: Supply of articulated electric buses.

Description of the framework agreement:

These vehicles will be new and type buses, Class I, as defined in R107.

The only allowed external energy source is electricity. The proposed vehicle being fully electric, the auxiliary heating systems will also be electric.

The framework agreement consists of 2 lots:

It is specified that the presumed quantities indicated below for each of the lots are provided purely for informational purposes, without any commitment from the contracting authority to actually order them. No compensation can be claimed by the contractor if the orders placed, through subsequent contracts of this framework agreement, do not reach the presumed quantities.

The quantities actually ordered may therefore be lower than the presumed quantity but may not, in any case, exceed the maximum quantity indicated for each lot.

The quantities (presumed and maximum) are calculated over the total maximum duration of the market, which is 6 years in accordance with point II.12 below.

Each subsequent contract will specify the quantity of vehicles per order.

LOT 1: Articulated electric buses with a length between 17.30 and 18.70 meters and equipped with 4 doors

Presumed quantity: 57 vehicles

Maximum quantity: 60 vehicles

LOT 2: Articulated electric buses with a length between 17.30 and 18.70 meters and equipped with 4 doors

Presumed quantity: 120 vehicles

Maximum quantity: 250 vehicles

Five mandatory options are included:

1. A device will be provided on the vehicle to recharge the vehicle's batteries using a plug located as close as possible to the front right wheel, technically compatible with those already used by the project owner, and in line with future developments of the CENELEC standard. The maximum power available on the charger from the contracting authority: 300 kW.


2. Unit price per day of additional training;


3. Bus maintenance contract;


4. Warranty on high voltage electrical organs (traction batteries, electric traction machines, and power electronics);


5. Supply of specific tools.

One optional option is provided:

1. Rear-view camera system

These supplies will meet the specifications outlined in the technical part of this Special Terms of Reference.
