Description:
The project involves the supply, design, installation, and integration of 45 electric vehicle charging stations to enhance public infrastructure, promote electric vehicle use, and improve environmental quality.

Supply, design, approval of equipment and accessories, installation, integration with the Beneficiary's existing systems, execution of works, testing, commissioning, staff training, and warranty assurance for the recharging infrastructure related to project no. C10-I14-189 - “DEVELOPMENT/UPDATING IN GIS FORMAT OF SPATIAL PLANNING DOCUMENTS AND URBAN PLANNING - GENERAL URBAN PLAN IN BRAȘOV MUNICIPALITY AND ENSURING INFRASTRUCTURE FOR GREEN TRANSPORT - ELECTRIC VEHICLE RECHARGING POINTS” – for 45 electric vehicle charging stations.

The overall objective of the project is to develop public infrastructure for supplying electric vehicles with energy and, implicitly, to improve environmental quality by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and by promoting the use of electric and/or plug-in hybrid vehicles. The specific objectives of the project are as follows:
a) Development of electric vehicle charging infrastructure by:
• installing electric vehicle charging stations in public spaces, available to the general public;
• ensuring simultaneous charging of a minimum of 2 vehicles per station;
• ensuring, where applicable, an installed power of 22 kW/port for AC stations and rapid charging points of 100 kW for DC stations, according to the technical requirements of the project;
• integrating stations into a monitoring and reporting system.

b) Increasing the visibility and accessibility of the recharging infrastructure by:
• installing informational panels in areas with major impact (along main road arteries), as well as declaring charging stations in the main mobile applications used by drivers (Waze, Google Maps, PlugShare, etc.);
• declaring stations in usual driver location and navigation applications and platforms (e.g., Waze, Google Maps, PlugShare, etc.);

c) Improving environmental quality by promoting the use of electric vehicles by:
• identifying and utilizing appropriate locations for installing stations;
• sizing the network so that it serves both residents and users who commute daily to the municipality;
• ensuring connection and reporting to a central management system.

The number of days until which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submitting bids. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 10th day before the established deadline for bid submission.
