The subject of this public procurement is the selection of a consultant for the conformity assessment of the investment project and the exercise of construction supervision in accordance with Articles 166-168 of the Spatial Development Act for the project: "Construction of a composting installation for separately collected biodegradable waste for the municipality of Dimitrovgrad". The public procurement includes the following two main activities: Activity 1. Preparation of a Comprehensive report for the conformity assessment of the investment project in the Technical project phase, including conformity assessment according to Article 169, paragraph 1, item 6 and assessment of the conformity of the "Structural" part. Activity 2. Exercise of construction supervision in accordance with Article 168 of the Spatial Development Act. Preparation of a technical passport for the site, according to Article 176b of the Spatial Development Act within the scope indicated in Regulation No. 5/2006. Preparation of a Final report, according to Article 168, paragraph 6 of the Spatial Development Act.
