The objective of this procurement procedure: implementation of new modules, updating or extending existing software modules related to clinical data and interoperability, as well as implementation of new systems, updating or extending non-clinical software modules related to the operation of the healthcare unit. The contractor will develop, provide, and install the necessary software product for the expansion of the digitalization process, having the minimum characteristics/specifications specified in the terms of reference. Delivery will be carried out in accordance with the requirements included in the terms of reference. The validity period of the contract is the period between the date of its signing and the date when the minimum warranty period expires, respectively the duration of service provision, training, acceptance, as well as payment - 45 days, to which a minimum of 60 months warranty period is added. Any request for clarifications must be sent to SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/). Under the provisions of Article 160 of Law 98/2016, economic operators interested in the procedure will request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers is 7 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 5th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
