The subject of this public procurement is Software and SIEM Solution (hereinafter: equipment) for the client's cybersecurity resilience needs, divided into two lots, namely:
- LOT 1: SIEM solution, licensing, and support;
- LOT 2: Support for ArcSight SIEM.
Each bidder can submit an offer for an individual lot or both lots together. The submitted offer must clearly indicate for which lot(s) the offer is submitted.

Detailed specifications and requirements of the client for each lot are described in the document Technical specifications and requirements of the client, no. 285-52/4-2025 dated November 6, 2025 (hereinafter: Technical specifications), which is an integral part of this documentation regarding the submission of public procurement or tender documentation.

LOT-0001
SIEM solution, licensing, and support.
The subject of lot 1 is a SIEM solution intended for centralized collection, correlation, and analysis of security events from various informational and operational sources.

Licensing and support for the SIEM solution is procured for a period of 4 years or 48 months, counted from the day of activation of licenses or from the day of the signed handover protocol.

LOT-0002
Support for ArcSight SIEM.
The subject of lot 2 is the upgrade and support of the existing security event management system, namely ArcSight SIEM.

Licensing, upgrade, and support for ArcSight SIEM is procured for a period of 1 year or 12 months, counted from the day of activation of the licenses.
