Description:
The procurement involves the delivery of hardware and software to enhance the cyber security of information systems, including network infrastructure and advanced log management solutions, while ensuring compatibility with existing systems and providing manufacturer support.

The subject of performance of this public procurement (hereinafter "PP") is the provision of the subject of performance consisting of the delivery of HW and SW to ensure the cyber security of information infrastructure and information systems, including access points, network switches, firewall solutions including the protection of deployed workplaces, disk arrays, servers including related software licenses, a comprehensive solution for advanced log management and network monitoring (NDR). The delivery includes securing manufacturer support for all devices for a period of 12 months. The performance is focused on the renewal and expansion of the existing infrastructure with an emphasis on ensuring compatibility with the already used environment, increasing availability, and enabling recovery from backups. The solution also includes supplementing the network infrastructure with specialized security tools that allow both isolated long-term storage of logs and correlations enabling threat identification and appropriate response.
Exact specification of the subject of the public procurement and other requirements for its execution, including information, conditions, specifications, and other data, are detailed in Annex No. 1 and Annex No. 9 of the procurement documentation.
For protection reasons, details of the proposed solution are not part of the public part of the procurement documentation. The procurement documentation containing information about the current state of the electronic filing service at the Contracting Authority, analysis, and detailed proposal for the implementation of the electronic filing system into the Contracting Authority's environment (hereinafter "system documentation") is available through the profile of the contracting authority within the National Electronic Tool as a non-public part (which constitutes Annex No. 9) of the procurement documentation. Requests for access to the non-public part of the procurement documentation must be submitted by suppliers through the National Electronic Tool. As part of the request, the supplier shall submit a filled electronically signed Confidentiality Agreement (which constitutes Annex No. 10 of the procurement documentation) in which it commits to use the provided information solely for the purpose of preparing an offer within this public procurement. The model of this agreement must be signed (authorized conversion of a manually signed document or a valid recognized electronic signature) by a person authorized to act on behalf of the supplier requesting access to the system documentation. The signed model must be delivered to the contracting authority in a form that allows subsequent attachment of a qualified electronic signature by the contracting authority. Suppliers will be granted access to the non-public part of the procurement documentation in the National Electronic Tool within 3 working days after the signed document of the “Confidentiality Agreement” is delivered to the contracting authority.
The contracting authority warns that within the performance of the subject of the public procurement, it will be required for the supplier to perform the subject of the Public Procurement through members of the implementation team that have demonstrated the technical part of the qualification.
