Description:
The project seeks to appoint a single Concessionaire or partnership to deliver end-to-end electric vehicle charging solutions, including site assessments, installation, maintenance, and customer support for two types of chargepoint sockets.
The Second Midlands Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Consortium (SMeviC) in collaboration with Midlands Connect invite tenders to deliver this project.
SMeviC have been allocated LEVI Capital Funding for the procurement of end-to-end EVI solutions across its geographic region. This open procurement has been separated into two Lots, each with their own concession contract:
Lot 1 - standard and/or fast chargepoints sockets, with minimum socket output of 7kW, up to 22kW.
Lot 2 - rapid (50 kW+ DC) chargepoint sockets.
This invitation is to appoint a single Concessionaire (or Partnership of Concessionaires) per Lot to support the delivery of this project for the works of:
Chargepoint site assessments and design, Supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning, Grid connection and supply, Maintenance and repair (underground and overground assets), Ongoing operation, including customer service/support and the supply of a Chargepoint management system.

To appoint a single Concessionaire (or Partnership of Concessionaires) to support the delivery of this project for the works of:
Chargepoint site assessments and design.
Chargepoint supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning.

Chargepoint maintenance and repair (underground and overground assets)
Chargepoints' ongoing operation, including customer service/support.
Chargepoint management system.
Delivery of a minimum 5724 sockets
Rapid (50 kW+ DC) chargepoint sockets
Aim to appoint a single Concessionaire (or Partnership of Concessionaires) to support the delivery of this project for the works of:
Chargepoint site assessments and design.
Chargepoint supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning.
Chargepoint grid connection and supply.
Chargepoint maintenance and repair (underground and overground assets).
Chargepoints' ongoing operation, including customer service/support.
Chargepoint management system.
