1. The subject of the contract is the expansion of the Ordering Party's IT systems along with the digitization of medical documentation and integration with the Platform of Intelligent Services, including in particular the execution of the following tasks:
1) Electronic Medical Documentation (EMD - 9 additional documents);
2) Digitization of medical documentation important from the perspective of treatment and prevention;
3) Module for Ordering supplies of medical products;
4) eZWM Vaccination Card Software;
5) PACS/RIS Upgrade: to NR PACS VNA system;
6) PACS/RIS – PUI Interface;
7) Migration of the application environment from servers running on CentOS to Rocky Linux;
8) Delivery of 2 virtualization servers;
9) Delivery of 64 core licenses for the virtualization system;
10) Delivery of server operating system;
11) Delivery of access licenses to the server operating system;
12) Delivery of storage array;
13) Delivery of 2 database servers;
14) Delivery of 2 rack type cabinets;
15) Configuration of delivered server devices;
16) Delivery of database software licenses.
The order is being implemented as part of the project: ”Digital transformation of the Regional Combined Hospital named after Stanisław Rybicki in Skierniewice through further development of digital services in healthcare and increasing the level of cybersecurity and data processing security in IT systems” co-financed under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan, as part of Component D, Investment D1.1.2 “Accelerating the processes of digital transformation in healthcare through further development of digital services in healthcare”, recruitment number KPOD.07.03-IP.10-001/25.
