The subject of the contract consists of the purchase of a system for processing, archiving, and distributing diagnostic images and medical documentation, along with the purchase of a descriptive PACS module and a teleradiology module that allows for sharing and remote reporting of examinations, purchasing a DICOM clinical viewer, purchasing the PACS ePortal Patient software module and integration with the national node, purchasing a DICOM connection package/toolset or configuration enabling connection with the medical system based on the DICOM standard in terms of Store, Query / Retrieve, Modality Worklist or HL7 for EEG, ECG, Coronary Angiography devices equipped by the Ordering Party or purchased under KPO, virtualization removal - migration of PACS data to new hardware resources provided by the Ordering Party, implementation of AI solutions, and connection to the central repository of medical data. Integration and data exchange with the intelligent services platform (PUI) developed by the e-Health Center in terms of AI, supporting the decision-making process for diagnostic and therapeutic decisions by doctors, along with service and oversight of all installed elements of the PACS system.
