The SOC is intended to provide comprehensive protection for the IT infrastructure of neu-itec and its customers, to detect potential threats early, analyze them, and initiate appropriate response measures. The goal is a permanent, risk-oriented security monitoring in compliance with recognized standards (e.g., ISO 27001, BSI IT Basic Protection, NIS-2 Directive, etc.).
The SOC must be available 24/7 and include both technical and organizational measures to protect the client’s IT systems. The networks of the environments are segmented. The file "Requirements.xls" lists the minimum requirements for the services to be provided in individual items.

Step 1 of the procedure:
The project will be conducted across Europe in a negotiation process with preliminary participation competition. In this participation competition, a participation application (cover letter and proofs) must be submitted via the procurement portal subreport ELViS.
Step 2 of the procedure:
After reviewing the participation applications, the successful, suitable applicants will receive a confidentiality agreement with a request for confirmation. After the exchange is completed, the invitation to prepare the bids will be sent.
Step 3 of the procedure - Review and Evaluation of the Bids:
After reviewing the bids, clarification and negotiation discussions will be held with the bidders of the three most economical bids.
Step 4 of the procedure – Award:
Upon completion of the clarification and negotiation discussions, the notification according to § 134 GWB will be sent. The award will then follow.
