1. The order includes, in particular:
– the development of the required technical documentation in accordance with legal regulations and meeting the requirements specified in these requirements,
– obtaining all required legal approvals, opinions, and submissions, especially in terms of fire safety and structural safety,
– delivery of devices and materials,
– assembly, commissioning, configuration, and handing over the installation for use,
– preparation of acceptance documentation containing, in particular, technical cards, technical approvals, certificates of devices and materials used for the construction of the installation, acceptance and measurement protocols, and as-built diagrams,
– preparation of operation manuals and training for installation users.
2. The contracting authority requires that:
– the rated power of the installed photovoltaic systems is not less than the required power for each location,
– the capacity of the energy storage is not less than the required capacity for each location.
The detailed scope and method of execution of the order are specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ “Subject requirements for hybrid systems” and the documentation contained in the file “Location descriptions”.
