The subject of the order is the development of a component that will receive structured notifications from sent and received electronic invoices from electronic invoicing service providers for the purpose of their subsequent real-time analysis and improvement in the fight against tax fraud. It is a standardized component (known as C5 within the 5-corner model) within the Peppol network, which will become the standard transmission network in Slovakia for the circulation of electronic invoices from 2027.
The order consists of purchasing a license for the use of an off-the-shelf software solution, its configuration, thorough testing, preparation of an installation package, training of users, delivery of user and administrative documentation for the system and all other mandatory documents, support for the deployment of the system into operation, and providing operational support and maintenance services and ordered services for system development for a period of 48 months from the effective date of the contract. The license also includes all updates necessary to maintain certification with Open Peppol, as well as carrying out regular re-certification according to the requirements of Open Peppol.
The overall planned infrastructure of electronic invoicing will consist of several components and will together form a new public administration information system "Infrastructure of Electronic Invoicing." C5 will be one of the modules of this information system.
