The University of Bucharest intends to acquire generative AI Mini PC equipment aimed at enhancing the automation process of humanoid robots, as well as expanding the AI ecosystem of the Advanced Scientific Computing Center of the University of Bucharest (ACC-UB). The hardware component that the University wishes to purchase will be used to implement generative AI systems to ensure a high degree of independence of humanoid robotic systems, and to allow them to actively interact with their environment. Moreover, they will use generative AI systems in the area of generative automation to interact, assisted by LLM, verbally and visually with a human being. Thus, the quality of education and research will improve, stimulating innovation and interdisciplinarity, preparing students for the future job market, and increasing the visibility and prestige of the university.
