The subject of the procurement is the financial management information system solutions and related services of the City of Helsinki (hereinafter referred to as the Client). The procurement covers technologies, implementation and deployment, ongoing software services and the required licenses, continuous support and maintenance, further development, and other expert services related to the use and development of the solutions. Contractually, the procurement will be organized so that separate contracts are concluded with the supplier and technology provider or several technology providers under the same procurement.
The procurement is carried out as a single procurement, which is contractually divided into two areas:
1. Financial Management System License and Service
2. Deployment and necessary ongoing support and maintenance for use, as well as expert services
Providers must either offer the entire package themselves or may submit a bid as a consortium where the technology provider and implementation partner are both members of the consortium.
If the solution is provided as a consortium, a separate contract will be made for each area, so that the contractual responsibilities can be divided among the members of the consortium.
