The subject of the public procurement is the conclusion of (i) a framework agreement according to § 131 of the Act between the contracting authority and the selected supplier (hereinafter referred to as the "Framework Agreement"). The subject of the Framework Agreement is the regulation of the procedure for concluding individual purchase contracts (hereinafter referred to as "Purchase Contracts" or individually "Purchase Contract") (i) for the manufacture and supply of up to 10 (in words: ten) low-floor electric units for the 25 kV/50 Hz AC and 15 kV/16.7 Hz AC systems, with a maximum operational speed of at least 160 km/h, fully capable of operating on railway lines with a gauge of 1,435 mm in the territory of the Czech Republic and Austria (hereinafter referred to as "Units" or individually "Unit"), including all permits, approvals, consents, and registrations ("registrations" in this text of the tender documentation means all registrations that have a character similar to that of a permit, approval or consent), which are required by legislation in force on the date of delivery of the respective Unit to the contracting authority for the operation and use of the supplied Units and which will allow the contracting authority to properly and without restriction operate and use the Units in the territory of the Czech Republic and Austria, as well as including the technical documentation belonging to the respective Units to the extent specified in the Framework Agreement and in the relevant Purchase Contract; and/or (ii) the supply of spare parts and structural components of the replacement system ("spare parts of the replacement system")
