The subject of the contract is the implementation of the project titled “Installation of Energy Storage Systems in the Municipality of Nowa Sucha”, which involves: designing, obtaining necessary permits, delivering and executing (installing) in the area of the Municipality of Nowa Sucha: a) 56 sets of energy storage systems with hybrid inverters on residential buildings (“users”, “beneficiaries”), b) 8 sets of energy storage systems with hybrid inverters on public utility buildings 4.2. The detailed scope of design guidelines, execution, and technical requirements has been specified in the annexes: a. Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as “PFU”) for energy storage systems (annex 11 to the SWZ) 4.3. The contracting authority does not require the contractors to inspect the sites planned for the realization of individual installations for the ongoing procedure. 4.4. The contractor will carry out the necessary checks/expert assessments and will prepare appropriate detailing of the standard documentation for individual installations, based on its own findings. Based on the description of the subject of the order, including appropriately detailed documentation, the contractor will obtain necessary permits, carry out required agreements, and obtain required administrative or technical approvals. Then, using its own materials, the contractor will carry out the installation, meaning that it will deliver to the project site all necessary elements of the installation, proceed with their assembly, and connect to the existing construction installations of the building, carry out required checks or acceptance, connections, and commissioning of the installations that are the subject of the order. It will be the contractor’s obligation to report the connection of the completed installations, together with the required documents/attachments, to the local distribution network operator (OSD). As part of the contract execution, the contractor will conduct training for the installation users and designated employees of the contracting authority regarding their operation and will provide warranty service during the warranty period. 4.5. The contractor will prepare as-built documentation for the installations carried out as specified in paragraph 4.1 above. 4.6. Important provisions concerning the manner and conditions of contract execution are specified in the proposed contractual provisions, which constitute annex 9 to the SWZ. 4.7. All devices, fittings, and equipment must be new and meet the requirements specified in the procurement documents, particularly in the OPZ (PFU). 4.8. The contracting authority requires the contractor to provide for the completed installations at least a 5-year warranty covering the supplied materials and devices as well as the installation. Detailed requirements regarding the warranty are included in the PFU and the proposed contractual provisions, which constitute annex 9 to the SWZ.
