The subject of the order is the expansion of the HIS system, digitization of medical documentation, delivery of data processing infrastructure, and software to enhance cybersecurity for "Kutno Municipal Hospital" Ltd., which includes:
I. Task No. 1:
1. INTEGRATION AND EXTENSION OF THE PROVIDER'S INFORMATION SYSTEMS
The planned scope necessary to achieve the intended goal:
1) Purchase or expansion or integration of hospital systems
Expansion of the HIS system - 1 piece.
2) Integration of hospital systems with P1
Integration of new EDM documents with P1 - 1 piece.
3) Purchase of ICT equipment for the informatization or digitization of hospitals: servers, storage arrays, network switches, workstations, mobile devices, e-ID readers, signature collection tools
a) Access licenses for the authentication system - 250 pieces.
b) Storage array
c) Virtualization server - 3 pieces.
d) Database server - 2 pieces.
e) Workstations Type 1 - 97 pieces.
f) Workstations Type 2 - 3 pieces.
g) Laptops - 3 pieces.
2. DIGITIZATION OF MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION SIGNIFICANT FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF TREATMENT AND PREVENTION
Achieving this goal will be possible through the implementation of the following scope:
1) Purchase of equipment for the digitization of paper documentation including the information card:
a) Software for digitizing patient consents
b) Digitization of medical documentation
c) Scanner - 1 piece.
3. ACTIONS INCREASING THE LEVEL OF HOSPITAL CYBERSECURITY
The planned scope necessary to achieve the intended goal:
a) Extension of backup system licenses
b) Network segmentation: Core switches - 2 pieces.
c) Information security management system: implementation of 9 policies
d) Training for management and medical and administrative staff: Cybersecurity training.
e) Managed security services: SOC service for 36 months,
f) Security testing.
4. IMPLEMENTATION OF AI SOLUTIONS AND CONNECTION TO THE CENTRAL REPOSITORY OF MEDICAL DATA
The planned scope necessary to achieve the intended goal:
1) Integration and data exchange with the smart services platform (PUI) in the area of AI, supporting the decision-making processes for diagnostics and treatments by doctors: PACS/RIS - PUI interface

II. Task No. 2 - Extension of the contractor's existing ESET software subscription for a further 36 months and changing the ESET PROTECT Enterprise ON-PREM license to ESET PROTECT Enterprise while changing the number of protected positions from 220 to 250.

III. Task No. 3 - Purchase of licenses for email archiving software for 250 mailboxes along with support for a period of 36 months.
