This contract is a framework agreement composed of 3 lots, implemented by the issuance of purchase orders in accordance with articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. Each lot may be awarded separately, which may lead to the establishment of a distinct contract. Lots 1 and 3 cannot be awarded to the same economic operator, nor combined with other lots. This restriction is detailed in the Consultation Regulation (RC). The maximum estimated amount of the contract for all 3 lots is 500,000 euro(s) excluding VAT, or approximately 600,000 euro(s) including VAT. The duration of the contract execution is 12 months, renewable expressly 3 times for periods of the same duration, totaling a duration of 4 years
