Great British Energy is seeking services for leadership development and organizational culture establishment, focusing on enhancing collaboration and values-driven behaviors through bespoke programs and meaningful conversations rather than predefined products.
Great British Energy (GBE) is a new organisation that is seeking to procure services to support in leadership development, establishing an organisational culture, and providing wider organisational development activities and support. The purpose is to bring together GBE's leadership team and understanding their strengths and vision and helping to design GBE’s desired culture and values as an organisation. The successful supplier will deliver bespoke programmes that cultivate visionary leadership, enhance collaboration, and embed values-driven behaviours across the executive function. This includes facilitating executive coaching, designing immersive development experiences, and providing diagnostic tools to assess and strengthen organisational culture. We do not expect the supplier to be able to define GBE's vision, values and culture within this time period or budget, but instead give focus and direction to the leadership team on what they need to prioritise, help them begin to think about what their desired culture is, and how as leaders they should be driving this. We are expecting the successful supplier to facilitate meaningful conversations and insights, rather than developing a suite of products and guidance for the organisation. Instead, the supplier may provide a list of products and support that the organisation might want to take forward after the interventions. The sourcing route for this procurement will be a below threshold open procurement, as the proposed budget is below Procurement Act 2023 thresholds.
