BoVendia hereby announces a framework agreement for technical consultancy and assistance (total consultancy) according to ABR 18. The framework agreement includes upcoming projects in all of the housing association's departments concerning new construction, renovation, ongoing minor renovation tasks, as well as ongoing ad-hoc consultancy/tasks in relation to the existing building stock. The procurement of the framework agreement will be carried out as a limited tender, where 7 applicants will be pre-qualified. A framework agreement will be entered into with the 4 total consultants that submit offers with the best balance between price and quality. For the specific agreements that the framework agreement results in, it is in all respects solely the specific department at BoVendia that is obligated and entitled under the agreement. The contracting authority is not obligated to take on services under the framework agreement; hence, the framework agreement is not exclusive. Applicable to all tasks under the framework agreement is that it relates to public housing and is subject to the applicable legislation for such matters with associated circulars and guidelines. Projects can be both supported and unsupported, therefore it is important that the total consultants with whom an agreement is made have in-depth knowledge of working with public housing.
