The subject of the contract is the delivery of software along with implementation, training for administrators, and provision of technical support in the area of sensitive data protection in the Project 'Development of the Diagnostic Test 'Sensor PreT2D' for Rapid Diagnosis of Early Prediabetes and Progression of Type 2 Diabetes'. The procedure has been divided into 7 lots (seven lots) to allow separate offers to be submitted for these lots. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order respectively for each lot is contained in Attachments 2.1 - 2.7 to the SWZ. The description of the method of execution of the order is included in the attachments to the SWZ – Draft Agreement respectively for each lot.

The subject of the order includes: 1. The purchase and delivery of a SIEM system under a licensing model that ensures permanent right to use (perpetual license or equivalent), together with support from the software manufacturer for a minimum period specified for this licensing model and access to system updates. 2. The purchase and delivery of a SOAR system under a licensing model that ensures permanent right to use (perpetual license or equivalent), together with support from the software manufacturer for a minimum period specified for this licensing model and access to system updates. 3. The development of an implementation project including installation and configuration of the SIEM and SOAR systems and integration with software and hardware currently operating in the Employer's environment. The indicated names of products and devices refer only to the systems possessed by the Employer and are aimed at defining integration requirements. 4. The implementation of the systems involving installation, commissioning, and configuration of all required functionalities and integration according to the implementation project. 5. The preparation of complete post-implementation documentation, including architecture, configuration, integrations, and administrative and user instructions. 6. The provision of all licenses necessary to launch the described functionalities, including operating system licenses — if required for the operation of the systems. 7. Ensuring technical support from the Contractor for a period consistent with the support period provided by the Manufacturer for the given licensing model, at no additional cost to the Employer. 8.
